Rocky Neufeld has been reporting for Canora Courier and editing for the Courier as well as Preeceville Progress and Kamsack Times since the spring of 2017.
“I grew up on a family farm near Boissevain, Man. (extra points if you know where that is). I acquired a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Animal Science major) from the University of Manitoba, and later a broadcast diploma from the National Institute of Broadcasting. I have worked in radio as a DJ, on TV as an agricultural reporter for the local news, and as a writer/producer for the Prairie Farm Report TV program, before my arrival in Canora.”
