HUMBOLDT BRONCOS 4, MELVILLE MILLIONAIRES 3 (OT)
For the second straight night, Humboldt and Melville needed overtime—and for the second straight night, the Broncos prevailed.
Connor Miller played hero on Saturday, scoring with 39 seconds left in overtime to give Humboldt a 4-3 victory and improve their record to 5-0.
Jacob Strizzi netted his league-leading sixth goal of the season and added an assist, while Kristian Lacelle and Ryder Knutson also scored.
For Melville, 20-year-olds Edward Knittig and Matthew Edwards struck 1:31 apart late in the first period, before Wesley Golden forced overtime with a goal inside the final four minutes of regulation.
Broncos goaltender Charlie Tritt made 32 saves to improve to 4-0, while Noah Sinagowitz impressed in his SJHL debut for Melville, stopping 43 of 47 shots.
The Millionaires return to action Tuesday at home against the Nipawin Hawks. Puck drop is 7:00 p.m. at the CN Community Centre.

FLIN FLON BOMBERS 2, MELFORT MUSTANGS 1 (SO)
Joey Lies scored the shootout winner and Devin Peck stopped 21 of 22 shots to help the Bombers improve to 4-0 with a 2-1 win.
Bo Eisner (Melfort) and Wyatt Stinton (Flin Flon) traded goals in the second period.
Mustangs goalie Kason Kobelka was outstanding, making 37 saves on 38 shots.
WEYBURN RED WINGS 6, ESTEVAN BRUINS 4
The Weyburn Red Wings swept their Highway 39 rivalry weekend, improving to 4-1 after a 6-4 win over Estevan.
Simon Martin led the charge with a goal and two assists, while Jaxson Doyle, Aidan Mohan, Callas Pierce, Lucas Schmid and Drew Molde also scored.
Logan Goodwin, Ewan Rennie, Colton Getzlaff and Alex Scheck replied for the Bruins.
Preston Patenaude stopped 31 shots for the win.
KINDERSLEY KLIPPERS 3, WARMAN WOLVERINES 1
Mattias Radke turned aside 44 of 45 shots and Van Eger netted the game winner midway through the third to lift Kindersley past Warman.
Brayden Vandenbilche and Avery Johnson added goals for the Klippers, while Neka Jean scored for the Wolverines.
NIPAWIN HAWKS 5, LA RONGE ICE WOLVES 3
The Nipawin Hawks picked up their second win of the season with a 5-3 road decision in La Ronge.
Konnor Watson, Sean Shiels, Clayton Nesbitt, Raydr Wallington and Noah Derouin provided the offence, while Colton Scott made 39 saves.
Ryder McAslan, Owen Turner and Dayton Tailfeathers replied for the Ice Wolves, who dropped their fifth straight.
