Callum Creig turned aside all 23 shots for his first shutout of the season as the Yorkton Terriers blanked the Melfort Mustangs 2–0, winning their third game in four outings.
Quinn Tavender and Gabriel Courchesne scored for Yorkton, now 5-5-0-1.
Madden Mullawka made 21 saves for the defending champions in defeat.

The Kindersley Klippers exploded for eight power-play goals in a 10–3 rout of the Melville Millionaires.
Avery Johnson and Brayden Vandenbilche each scored twice, while Austin Osiowy, Stein Dostal, Will Christian, Kaegan Lowe, Van Eger, and Rylan Wieler added singles.
Russ Demo piled up five assists.
Devin Winder, Kale Margolis, and Brendan Olson replied for Melville, who got 27 saves from Noah Sinagowitz.
Brett O’Halloran stopped 35 shots for Kindersley, which took six of eight points on their four-game road swing.
Melville heads out next weekend for a three-game trip through Warman and La Ronge.
Estevan 4, Flin Flon 2
Ewan Rennie recorded a hat trick and Nathan Kam made 34 saves as the Estevan Bruins earned their seventh win, 4–2 over Flin Flon.
The Bombers have now dropped six straight after opening the year with six consecutive victories.
Weyburn 6, Nipawin 2
Lucas Schmid had two goals and an assist as the Weyburn Red Wings rolled past Nipawin 6–2 for their sixth straight win — and a league-best 10th victory overall.
The Hawks have now lost back-to-back games and sit 7-3 on the season.

Oliver Nottingham scored the lone shootout goal and Taye Timmerman made 25 saves as the Warman Wolverines edged the Battlefords North Stars 3–2, earning their second win of the season.
