Cross country championships see Outlook and area athletes compete

A number of students from the West Central area competed at the SHSAA Cross Country Provincial Championships.

OUTLOOK — Over 140 athletes competed in the West Central District Cross Country Championships held in Kyle on Oct. 1. The event determined which runners would advance to the SHSAA Provincial Cross Country Championship in Yorkton on Oct. 11.

A number of student athletes excelled at the Districts, forming a strong West Central team headed to Provincials. The team included:

Intermediate Boys (Grade 9+)
