The Saskatchewan Rattlers will be preparing for their upcoming Canadian Elite Basketball season with a stop in Regina.
Two of the club’s nine-day training camps will be held in Regina ahead of the Rattlers’ home opener against the Vancouver Bandits on May 15th at SaskTel Centre.
The road trip will be the first time the Rattlers have brought their Training Camp outside of Saskatoon.
The Rattlers are the only CEBL franchise representing an entire province, and they look to highlight the 2025 roster while bringing the talent to new and current fans in the province's capital.
The Regina portion of Rattlers Training Camp will be held May 9 and 10 at the University of Regina gymnasium. Fans are welcome to attend the Rattlers’ May 10 workout free of charge from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Saskatchewan head coach Eric Mardanz is excited to bring Rattlers’ basketball to Regina.
“The city of Regina has always been a basketball hotbed and passionately supported the Rattlers. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to meet the fans that continue to support us”.
Rattlers President Lee Genier is eager to bring the game closer to their fans.
