The Regina Red Sox were handed three straight losses to start last week, but eventually found their groove.
After cancelling their game on Saturday due to a wet start to the weekend, Currie Field was a busy place on Sunday, featuring a double header, beating the Sylvan Lake Gulls in both games.
Now that the team has a full roster, it will shift its focus to this week.
Tuesday, the Sox host the East Division-leading Saskatoon Berries for Country Night before packing up the bus for a trip to Toon Town in the second half of the home-and-home series.
Then it’s off to Medicine Hat for a pair of games to wrap up the week.
Heading into the new week, the Red Sox have an 11–8 record and sit in third in the East Division.
