LCBI unveils football roster ahead of season opener at Hanley

The latest roster for the LCBI Bisons is itching to take to the football field for the new season.

OUTLOOK — With students back in class, high school sports are returning as well — and for fans in Outlook, that means football season is here.

The LCBI Bisons will open their 2025 season on Friday, when they travel to Hanley to take on the Sabers. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.

This season, the Bisons are competing in the SHSAA’s 1A 6-A-Side Conference 3 division, alongside teams from Hanley, Central Butte and Gull Lake.

Head coach and staff announced the Bisons’ roster for 2025, which includes: Aiden Tran, Beckett Nelson, Ben Van Reeuwyk, Brody Ireland, Eli Hundeby, Gavin Shepherd, Hans Hovdestad, Jakob Gjesdal, Joshua Murphy, Jude Ellis, Julian Seneck, Knute Gjesdal, Kole Shepherd, Leland Righetti, Murphy Ellis, Nash Dolan, Nicholas Turton, Tyson Erickson, Will Alton, Tyler Wright and Fisayo Odesola.

Following Friday’s opener, the Bisons’ schedule features:

  • Friday, Sept. 19 — LCBI hosts Gull Lake (4 p.m.)

  • Friday, Sept. 26 — Central Butte hosts LCBI (4 p.m.)

  • Friday, Oct. 3 — LCBI hosts Hanley (4 p.m.)

  • Thursday, Oct. 9 — Gull Lake hosts LCBI (4 p.m.)

  • Friday, Oct. 17 — LCBI hosts Central Butte (4 p.m.)

The Bisons are looking forward to another competitive season, with fans eager to see the action return to the field.
