A bit of a shaky start to last week for the Regina Red Sox, dropping two games to the league-leading Saskatoon Berries
The Red Sox found a little redemption in Medicine Hat on Thursday night, and went on to split their two-game series against the Mavericks
The Red Sox are 12-11 on the season, 8 and a half games behind the Berries for top spot in the East division.
The Sox are back on the field tonight in a key matchup against Saskatoon in the Bridge City. They will then host the Berries in a Canada Day showdown tomorrow night at Currie Field.
After that, the Red Sox head to Swift Current for a pair of games.
The club will face some strong divisional opponents this week in critical matchups when it hosts the Moose Jaw Miller Express on Thursday night. Then, it will cap off the week with a home–and–home against the Berries this weekend.
